Sales Policy
** We reserve the right to retain any goats born regardless of waitlist or reservation status. We also have the right to refuse a sale to anyone at our discretion. We believe animals deserve the upmost care and we will not allow our goats to go anyplace we deem to be unsafe or unfit for them. Performance homes preferred but not always possible and we understand completely. (LA, Milk testing, Showing)**
Biosecurity
Our herd tests annually for CAE/CL/Johnes and has always been NEGATIVE for all three diseases. We DO NOT do farm visits! If someone is required to be at our ranch, they will be given shoe covers/booties to wear for biosecurity purposes. Absolutely no one is allowed in goat areas ever. We have worked hard and have to much time and money in our herd to let simple things like this slip. Pick-ups are done at our driveway or at a previously discussed location. Our pastures are under 24 hour surveillance and our LGD along with our other dogs don’t like unwelcomed intruders. Sorry for so many rules, however these are important designations to put in place to ensure the health and safety of our herd.
Waitlist
Please contact us by email, phone, or social media to be added to our waitlist. We ask that you please ensure that your contact information is accurate so we can get in touch with you promptly and no one misses out on a kid they might’ve wanted. There is no fee to be added to our waitlist.

You will be notified when a goat from your choice of breeding has been born and is available to you. Responses must be made within 24 hours of being contacted about said kid/s or we will move onto the next person on the list. We require a yes or no decision to be made within 24 hours if you would like to place a deposit to hold your kid until weaning. If you do not respond within the timeframe required, you forfeit your reservation standing. We will not hold any animal while you talk with your spouse, get home vacation, or are “thinking about it”. It's best to just let us know if you’re not interested so we can move along.
Deposit/Payments
Once said kid is chosen, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made within 24 hours of notice to hold the kid until weaning, unless otherwise arrangements are made. The remaining 50% is due at the time of pick-up. We accept cash, PayPal (friends and family only unless paying the difference), Venmo (friends), cashier’s check, or money orders due to the new rules with the IRS. A full 1/2 down deposit is required once you decide on an animal and MUST be paid in full before any animal leaves our property, new born kid or adult animals all the same.

** Deposits are non-refundable unless the goat is ill or dies while in our care. In such a case, any deposit will be refunded or can be used towards the purchase of another animal that's available. **
Pickups
Doelings are weaned are 12 weeks old; bucklings are weaned at 10 weeks old. You have exactly ONE WEEK to pick-up said kid or find transport for your animal, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit and the animal goes back up for sale. Grain & hay are expensive and we will not be feeding for free if not picked up in the proper time given.

Kids will leave disbudded (unless polled), vaccinated are least once with CD&T, and will have been given coccidia prevention. Kids will be healthy when they depart our ranch, however once they leave there are NO GUARANTEES MADE!!! Too many factors are at play that are not in our control once they have left our property. Buyers are responsible for finding there own transportation for the animal/s. We will try to help where we can but ultimately we also have our own animals we are busy taking care of on our ranch. Please have the animal(s) transportation in place within plenty of time before they’re ready to leave. Buyers are also responsible for the cost of the animals CVI (health certification). These are required when traveling across state lines with an animal. This cost will be included in your overall total payment. We must know at least 2 weeks in advance before they’re due to be leaving in order to get a vet appointment for the animal.

** Deposits are non-refundable unless the goat is ill or dies while in our care. In such a case, any deposit will be refunded or can be used towards the purchase of another animal that's available. **

Unless specifically discussed, we do NOT sell bottle babies. We particularly dam raise. Our routine is 12 hours off the dam at night, milk/bottle feed, then 12 hours on the dam during the day. With our work schedule and personal life, we have found this method to work best for us. While your kid will be used to a bottle and lots of human interaction, they will not be strictly bottle fed, nor will they leave any earlier than the times mentioned above. If not already pre-arranged, please do not ask.
